Do I have my own name server?
If you ordered our reseller hosting
package, yes you will have your own name
server. But if you ordered our shared
hosting package, your own name server will
not be included.
Do you allow adult contents?
No, adult contents are strictly
prohibited in all our servers.

If I ordered a reseller package, does my
client have CPanel access too?
Yes, your client will have their own
personal CPanel access. And all new account
that created from your WHM will have their
own personal CPanel too. They also have
access to the premium features that we offers such
as site builder etc.
Can I resell my web space?
If you ordered a shared hosting package,
you may not resell your web space. But if you
ordered a reseller package, you may freely resell
your web space to anyone.
Will I be able to upgrade my packages in the
future?
Yes you may, just open a support ticket
via the member area and request to upgrade
your account package.
How long does it take my account to setup?
Usually within an hour. However, if the
order have to goes through some fraud verification,
it may have to make up to 24 hours for your account
to be activated. If you didn't receive your hosting
activation email after 24 hours, please contact us.
Payment FAQ
Do you provide 30 days unconditional refund?
Due to the nature of digital products,
we were unable to provide any unconditional refund.
However, refunds are granted if we failed to provide
you with the services that we promised.
What payment do you accept?
We accept payment via paypal, credit
card and e-gold payment.
